When it comes to the matter of making your hair grow, as I said before it greatly depends on your genetics and the other part is your diet. (read my articles hair care basics (1) )
But today i going to give a hair oil treatment, that will really help to grow your hair, and keeps it silky smooth
The secret ingredients are pure almond oil
pure peppermint oil
.
In Egypt you can get these from any apothecary or herb store and they are quite cheap. The way it works that almond oil has lots of vitamin E that really nourishes your scalp which makes it more healthy and so the hair grows healthy plus it keeps the hair shaft moist. While the mint oil which is our star ingredient, which has this cooling effect that encourage the blood flow to the scalp and so make your hair feed better and so GROW ^_^
It makes lots of sense,doesn't it ?? Actually and it gives results too.
Steps:
1) If u have short hair (shoulder length or shorter) ,put a table spoon of almond oil in a mixing bowl and add 4 drops of mint oil .
If have longer hair, then add 2 tbsp of almond oil and 8 drops of mint oil and mix well.
2) Apply this to your 3rd day hair, if you have 2 off days then leave it for 2 days, if don't the least is to leave it over night.
3) Start combing your hair by any comb, to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, then put your fingertips in the bowl, and start applying the oils allover your scalp and massage your scalp in a circular motion, and really paper yourself.
4) After you thoroughly distribute it along your scalp and u gave yourself a really good massage. start applying it to the hair shaft and concentrate on the tips. Your hair shouldn't be dribbling, it just should be fully saturated.
5) Tie your hair in a high bun and cover it with any scarf u have to keep your head warm, and when your done wash your hair as i mentioned in hair care 2 article.
6) Do this once a week or every 2 weeks, along with the good diet and you'll notice how much healthier and longer your hair became ^_^
